Fruits of the Spirit Award
Fruits of the Spirit
Today, we celebrated our Fruit of the Spirit award, with a focus on faithfulness. As faithfulness can be difficult to define, we centered our attention on loyalty and compassion toward others. Each class nominated one student who consistently demonstrates these qualities. The following children were nominated:
Class 1: Zach
Class 2: Bertie and Pippa
Class 3: Albie and Bella
Class 4: Katie and Evie
All of the nominees received a certificate, but there could only be one winner. The winner was Katie, recognized for her unwavering dedication to her friends, family, and the community. She is truly a credit to St. Peter's.
Fruits of the Spirit
The Fruits of the Spirit we particularly concentrated on this term were, Joy and Goodness. It was wonderful to see ‘the fruits’ flourishing within our whole school. A special mention (with certificates) this week were given to children, across the school years, who had been showing the Fruits in action. After a difficult choice, our St. Peter’s Award was presented to Meila-Ray - Class 2 - whose smile every day constantly represents and radiates joy and goodness. Our 7 winners from each Year group and our overall winner Meila-Ray receiving her trophy from the last winner.
