West Hanningfield, St Mary and St Edward Church
St Peter's enjoyed a wonderfully special Christmas service, retelling the Nativity. Year 6 did a super job of reading the story, whilst the EYFS children acted out the story around the church. It was lovely to share the service with the local community. Class 3 also wrote and read thoughtful prayers.
Class 4 were invited to sing Christmas carols in St Mary and St Edward's church - beautiful singing by Class 4.
St Peter's Welcoming Worshippers planned and led the Remembrance Service. It was a lovely opportunity to reflect on the people who have served their country.
Class 4 led the Harvest Service. The focus was all about the colours of the rainbow. All year groups were involved in the service and it was lovely to see so many parents, grandparents and friends. The church was jam-packed!
Year 6 planned and led their Leaver's Service at St Mary and St Edward's Church - they performed a beautiful service.
St Peter's C of E (VA) Primary School's Easter Service at St Mary and St Edward Church; the service was entirely planned and led by the School Council - well done children!
